What is it worried will happen?
Is this a realistic concern? How likely is it?
How bad would it be if that did happen? What is the worst thing we could imagine about how awful this would be?
What would we do to cope? What strengths, resources, and supports would help?
Have we handled and survived anything like this in the past? Do we know someone who has?
